Refunds

Physical Goods: All Requests for refunds and/or cancellations will be processed within 5 business days. Requests for refunds should be emailed to support@leeharrismusic.com. We are happy to refund any defective physical goods bought from the Lee Harris Energy Music Store within 30 days of purchase.

Tee shirts and Hoodies cannot be refunded or exchanged due to an incorrect size. Please see Size Charts on Store pages to choose the correct size when ordering.

Digital Goods: All digital purchases are non-refundable. If you have not received your download files, please contact support@leeharrismusic.com .

Production and Shipping Times:

Clothing and Tote Bags - Produced On Demand

Please allow 2-5 business days for the creation of on demand products. Shipping times should be added on top of that. 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

CDs are shipped from our 3rd party fulfillment center and will fall under the below average shipping times.

Vinyl - Beginning January 15, 2021 vinyl albums will be shipped from our Malibu, CA location within 5 days of order placement. (Pre-ordered vinyl albums will be shipped as soon as possible when albums are in stock.) Shipping times as listed below will apply.

Average shipping times:

United States: 3-5 business days following production

Canada: 5-10 business days following production

Australia: 10-20 business days following production

International from USA: 10-20 business days following production

Customs:

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs/duty fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Customers are responsible for these fees.
